Does the facility have ICAR Trained Technicians, and are they an ICAR Gold certified repair facility?
Do they have the proper collision repair equipment to perform auto body repairs to factory specifications?
(ie; Resistant Spot Welder, Computer Frame Measuring System, Frame Rack, Down Draft Paint Booth, Acrylic Urethane 2 and 3 Stage Paint System, like Dupont Paint)
What type of parts will be used? Factory (OEM) or After market (Non OEM)?
What about used parts? Will they come from a car with the same mileage or less?
Will the parts carry the same warranty?
